Terms

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms cover this website, your account here, and the Stavo software and licenses sold by NullDaily. They're short because the setup is simple: you run Stavo on your own hardware, and this site sells licenses for the native apps.

The software

The Stavo server and web app are free to download and run, for as many people as you like. You run them yourself, so you're responsible for your server: its uptime, its backups, its security and what you and your people store and share on it.

Licenses

  • A license is a one time payment for the native apps of one major version (for example Stavo 1, with every 1.x update).
  • Family and Community licenses are for one server and up to the number of people they name. Personal is for one person.
  • Passwords is free everywhere, apps included, and is never locked by a license or a trial.
  • Don't share keys publicly, resell them or use them to get around the limits. We can turn off keys that are clearly abused.
  • Nothing renews and paid keys don't expire. If a Stavo 2 comes out, upgrading is optional, and Stavo 1 keeps working.

Refunds

If the apps don't work out for you, email [email protected] and we'll sort out a refund. A refunded key stops working.

Your account here

Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; that also turns off its keys.

No warranty

Stavo is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, NullDaily isn't liable for lost data or other damages from using it. Keep backups. Self-hosting means your data is in your hands, which is the point.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and on the changelog.
